Strong sound

Kindly I have L 93 2003. And I upgraded my ECU and the turbo and injections to airo . But now I have strange sounds in my car whin the car start eccloration the sound just like "tik tik tik tik " in fast way. And I think the sound become from turbo around. And it became after RPM 2.5. Its start when the turbo start working. The problem is I am sure its not turbo issue cause it was the same sound on the old and new turbo. But on the old one it wasn't loud. I changed every part in my car and checked every thing and visit all the saab dealers in my country. No one could help me :(. Notes that the performance of the car is very great right now and after checking the horses power its increased from 150H to 260 H, engine H.
