There is a whistling sound coming from the rear of my car, it appears to be coming from the right rear.

Is this loud enough to get a recording of it? Do you hear it when accelerating or decelerating? When you reach a certain speed?
Does it sound like an air leak in a window or a rotational noise?

It is a rotational noise as soon as I start driving I hear it.

Okay. Jack up the rear of the vehicle on that side and just spin the wheel by hand and see if you can hear it. This is most likely a bearing or something dragging so hopefully you can hear it just by spinning by hand so we can narrow it down. Keep me posted on what you find. Thanks
