I'm not sure what it is but I'm thinking it has something to do with the transmission. When taking off from a start , accelerating it's making a fast paced rattling sound and stops as soon as I let off the gas . It's only been doing it for a couple days . Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks .

Hello,

This could be either a broken motor/transmission mount, or it could be a broken exhaust hanger letting the exhaust pipe rattle. You will have to get underneath the vehicle to visually inspect these components, so here is helpful guide in this link below for you to go to:

Please inspect these components and get back to us with what you are able to find out. We can go from there with whatever you happen to find out.

Thanks,
Alex

Okay, I checked all the mounts motor and transmission and everything looks in order. somebody had mentioned that it might be a throw out bearing in the transmission could that be it?

Hello again,

No. You have an automatic transmission. Have you had a chance to check the exhaust hangers yet?

Thanks,
Alex
