Strange metallic clinking sound while driving

Hello, I’ve been recently having this weird metallic clinking sound as I’m driving. I originally thought it was wheel bearings, so I jacked up the front end and tried to find play in the wheels. But did not get any moment from them in the 12 and 6 o’clock positions not the 3 and 9 position. Steering has always felt a little loose, but lately seems like it got a little worse. I will attach a video of the sound.

Hello again.

It's kind of hard to hear with the wind noise from driving. I would suggest jacking the front end off the ground again to inspect the CV-drive axles. Have the front wheels turned completely to one side while checking. Do the CV-drive axle boots look ripped, torn, or damaged? When the axles start loosing grease is when they start to make noises. While you have the front end off the ground I would consider crawling around and tapping on all the suspension components with a rubber mallet to try finding the noise. Let us know what you find and we'll go from there. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.
