After making an aggressive braking move the car would not move, why?

This morning I had to make a pretty aggressive brake and after doing so my car stopped working as in, I would press the gas pedal and it wouldn't move at all. In addition, what I believe was my oil pressure light, brake light, and potentially battery light all came on in bright red. I was at an intersection, so I turned on my emergency lights and eventually just tried restarting my car. After restarting, all the warning lights turned off and the car was back to normal, and I was able to get to my destination just fine. Was it just a failsafe triggered by my sudden braking or is it something more serious that I should go get checked out? Thanks!

It sounds like you may have a PCM or BCM that is going out, but I think we should check the systems by doing a CAN scan. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
