still overheating

just brought this vehicle and it started overheating changed timing belt, water pump, radiator, hoses, thermostat, heads got done, all gaskets were replaced and it still overheats. ABS light is on? what to do? i put so much money it. After heads got done, car was running awesome then it overheated again?

if it moves water then have cooling system pressure checked including radiator cap it may have air in system. just follow steps given in picture as you have already filled system.
