installing new stereo speakers for the doors

I am looking into buying new door speakers and I want to make sure they are compatible without an amp. Is the factory Ford head unit 4ohm.

Yes, the speakers in your trucks audio system are all 4 ohm. I've attached removal and replacement instructions and location pictures below.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
