When I go over bumps and sometimes railroad tracks, the steering wheels wobbles. I had check the tie rod ends, put in a new steering rack with of course good inner tie rods. What could be the problem?

Hi,

When you say the wheel wobbles, is there any noise associated with it? Have ball joints and control arm bushings been checked? Also, have the stabilizer pins and bushings and so on been checked?

I attached two pictures below and highlighted things that can cause problems. Let me know if they were checked. Also, let me know if you lift one front wheel at a time off the ground if there is any play in the wheels.

Okay. When the engine is off, if you turn the steering wheel back and forth, is there any play or noise? Also, have you inspected the bushings I highlighted?
