Steering wheel shakes

Replaced, three motor mounts, thermostat, air filter, fuel injector, new battery and alternator, and tightened vacuum hoses. Check engine light stopped coming on when I replaced purging valves. Steering wheel still shakes.

This is a possibility

Swap your front tires (one at a time) to the rear. Driving between the swapping. This might let you know which tire is the problem.
