When at speed front-end shakes and the wheel vibrates?

As soon as the car moves the wheel jerks back and forth almost two inches. At speed the front-end shakes and the wheel vibrates. Tires are junk, swapped right and left front, almost seems more pronounced. The outer tie rod ends seem okay. When lifted there is some play when moving the tire side to side. Couldn't really see any movement on the inners. Bearings felt ok, no play in the hub. More shake upon deceleration. I suspect inners. Hope not though.

It sounds like the tires are coming apart, lift the front of the car and spin the tires to check for any bulges and irregularities. Here is a guide to help you lift the car safely:

One of the chords ruptured in the left front tire while I was driving yesterday it must have been. So, it's just a tire issue.
