How to replace the steering wheel shaft?

How do you replace a steering wheel shaft on the car listed above SL model?

Hello,

In order to remove the steering column, first the steering wheel needs to be removed.
Keep in mind to take extra care when handling airbag module.

I just need to remove the intermediate steering colon linkage that goes at the bottom.

Got it. If you look at diagrams, the intermediate shaft procedure starts from the number 4 diagram/attachment.
You will have to remove part of the instrument panel to have clear access.
