Steering wheel problem

My steering wheel will not go down only up. What is the fix to this and how much is it going to cost?

This sounds like you have a problem with the tilt mechanism. Here are diagrams to show you what you are in for when doing the job. It should run between $200.00 and $300.00 to have fixed.
