how can i find the wires coming from the wheel to connect the key1 and key2 on a Chinese Android radio.?

I am not too sure what you are saying here, do you want the spiral wire diagrams? If so for the radio? Here are those wiring diagrams in case that is what you are talking about. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
