Steering wheel controls

We switched the steering wheel and cluster on the truck from an xl to a Lariat wheel, with radio and options controls on it!
The speed control works but i don't have the harness for the options button for the cluster or the radio or A/C buttons? Do i need to add a controller or module to it??

Good morning,

I attached the wiring for the radio. I attached the connector that contains the 2 wires for the radio control.

Can you verify the wires are there in the connector?
