Steering wheel turns easy but tires do not turn at all

Fluid is full. Powered sub-frame to replace solenoid on transmission. Disconnected battery, had car in neutral manually moved tires before disassembling strut, drivers side, did not disconnect steering column of ball joint, reassemble, raised transmission with sub-frame using floor jack, lowered and manually rolled car back, steering wheel turned, but not the tires. Any idea what happened?

Good morning,

I attached a picture for you of the joint at the steering rack. Make sure this joint did not come undone and is not connected. Check out the diagrams (Below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
