My only concern is there a particular tool too take off ring. This ring doesn't have the two holes like the one holding the clock-spring. This ring is almost like the letter o but has a slight gap.

You will need 2 pocket screw drivers to pry the ring up and out. Just a little tight. No tool for that removal.

Good morning Roy. Got my steering wheel issue taking care of. I really appreciate your help.

Now my car is over heating. I saw a YouTube video where this guy said he replaced everything but it still didn't help. But he bleed the air out of the coolant. I did that to mine. Had a lot of air in mine. I still don't know if that was good enough. Because, I thought when the car reached a certain temp my electric fans would cut on. Is that true? They cut on when I cut the A/C on. So I know they work that way.

I replaced the thermostat and coolant sending unit. It seems worse. The temperature goes up too about 210-215 with the new thermostat. The thermostat is a 180 degree one that I bought and put in. My book said check the water pump by moving it up and down and side to side. Seems okay. Water doesn't leak out the weep hole.

Some videos said the head gaskets might be why. If that is true. Wouldn't I have coolant and oil mixed. The system has pressure. I just don't know from here. Your thoughts?

Okay, We have got past the steering wheel issue.

Site rules ask you to start a new question for a different issue.

I would be glad to help you with that issue but please start a new question.
