Hello MORENOSARA.

Welcome to 2CarPros! How are you doing? May I ask if it is stiff to steer when you move the wheel? Please do not drive the car at the moment not until the car is checked physically by a trained mechanic. The steering pump may not be working or there can be a problem on the tie rods as well that is causing the issue. I will be standing by for your response and thank you for choosing 2CarPros.

Regards,
Relly

The wheel just spins nothing else. It made a click sound when I turn it like if it snapped out of place.

Thank you for your response. The problem must be on the rack and pinion itself. It controls the steering of the vehicle. It must be broken and will require rebuild or replacement to resolve the issue MORENOSARA. Hope this helps and please let me know if there is anything else I can add or help you with.
Below is what it looks like.
