Steering, suspension, rear end has an excessive sway

It is almost like driving/sliding on ice. All control arms have been replaced, tires have been replaced and a 4-wheel alignment has been successfully done. Drives perfect on smooth roads but as soon as there is a bumpy s cation or road or curves the car sways and feels like I have no control of the car.

I have seen where the frame is broken, do you live in a place where rust is an issue? It would be good if you could get a video of the problem and upload it here so we can see what the car is doing, does the problem seem to be in the front or rear? Is there slop in the steering? I did find this which can cause the issue, if the brace is loose or missing it will cause the car to wander. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
