Steering wheel is locked?

My steering wheel is locked, and my key fob won't turn the ignition on and my transmission won't register that it's in park.

Hi,

Are you certain the battery in the vehicle is good? Is there anything electrical that is properly working? For example, do the headlamps work?

Take a look through this link and try a few of the tests for conformation.,
