Steering issue one side is super smooth?

Yep, this is an easy problem, the steering rack is bad. Unfortunately the replacement is a little more difficult. You will need to lower the engine cradle, here are some images to help you with the repair. Let me know how it goes.

Is it possible it's a mount or alignment issue? cause no codes at all.

Did you run a CAN scan? This will be the scan to bring up the codes.

Even if there is no codes, I would replace the rack, it is the only thing that can cause one way hard steering.
