Sometimes when at low speeds steering wheel has a little wobble. balanced front tires went away some but still there.

Good morning,
It sounds like you have shifted belts in the tires. you cannot get rid of that with balancing.
Have someone examine the tires for any belt damage.

1. Loose steering linkage. You may have worn out parts in the steering system.

2. Suspension system. Have the suspension checked for any worn parts that will cause this instability.
3. In correct alignment. If the toe in is off, it will also cause this issue as the tires will be fighting each other.
