Hello, I can't find any info anywhere on how to rebuild my manual steering rack and pinion. Anyone have any info on how to do this and where to get the parts? A tutorial would be great!

Good evening,

I found a remand rack and pinion and also a seal kit. That is all they offer. The difference is about 100 buck between the seal kit and the complete rack with new inner tie rod ends and bellows.

I would consider the complete unit if I were you but your call.

I attached a YouTube video. There is a series of 10 videos for this procedure.

When you go to check out on rockauto.com for the manual rack and pinion it removes it from your cart and a red alert message pops up saying it's not available.

Okay, I just went there and looked at both the AC Delco and the Cardone rack and both are available.
