There is a horrible creaking coming from the front end on the passenger side when I turn the wheel both left and right. Could someone possibly tell why it is making that noise and what to do to repair it.

without seeing this have the front end checked it may be just a spring moving around which will not hurt anything or a ball joint that will go bad after time. a lot of places can check it without going to a dealer. try a tire store that does front end work. lot of times there is no or minimal charge.
