Steering noise a dull bang?

Okay, so, together it only happens when I turn left or right doesn’t matter if I’m moving or not. But I don’t think it happens at high speed not sure because I don’t hear it. It’s a single bang, once when I turn left and once right so if I make a right turn it’ll bang then coming out of that right into a left it’ll bang. Hope that helps. thank you

You will need to get the car on a lift to see where the noise is coming from, but I can tell you it is probably the electrical steering module which is part of the steering rack, (common problem) if you upload short video of the noise I can tell for sure.
