Tires go the opposite direction of where the steering wheel is turning

My friend replaced the steering box on his 1974 Dodge 4x4 now when he turns the steering wheel the tires will go the opposite direction of the steering wheel.any help will be useful.

The pitman arm is on backward. Remove it from the gearbox's pitman shaft and rotate it 180 degrees.
