Steering hard to turn

Steering wheel is hard to turn. I already change pump. But nothing.

If this happened all at once and you have already replaced the pump, I would suspect the power steering oil pressure switch. It is located on the right front of the engine area. I attached a picture of its location to help. You want to locate component P4.

Check to make sure it is not disconnected, have damaged wiring, or a bad connection.
