Hard steering when turning?

Hi, when I turn either left or right it takes a little bit more effort and is a little harder.

Hi there. I have a few questions that might help me to understand your steering problem a bit better.
Are there any warning lights on?
When you turn the steering wheel, is there any difference in difficulty between the engine running and engine off with key on?
Are your tires in good condition and at the right pressure?

Do you hear any noise while turning? If not, it sounds like the turning rack is going out which uses an electrical motor to help assist the steering operation. I would run the codes through the CAN to see if any codes come up. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
