Star car then shuts off right away. changed EGR idle control sensor, checked fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel injectors, and still same.

Hi,
The first thing we need to do is check for diagnostic trouble codes. What you described can be caused by a few different things.
This vehicle has an OBD1 system that doesn't require a scan tool to retrieve code. All you will need is a short jumper wire or even a paper clip.
