Starts then shuts off, codes p0420, p0302, and p0304

2003 TOYOTA CELICA
160 MILES • 1.8L • 4 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

My car starts then shuts off quick have codes p0420, p0302, and p0304. Replaced plugs coils and injectors and catalytic converter with same issues. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

None of these codes will make the engine not run. can I ask if the security light is flashing when you try to crank the engine over? If so here is a guide to help reset the system:
