So, while driving I would feel vibration under my feet then smelled like a plastic burning or electrical burnt smell, then a bad vibration like bad then my car cut off. I got different codes that came up at first it was spark plugs changed that then map sensor changed it. Changed fuel pump every once in a while, I get the code for misfire. But now I keep getting fuel level senor circuit B high. Also, when it cranks over it is rough idle before it shuts off. Also tried spraying starter fluid in throttle body that's the only time it acted like it wanted to stay on but initially shut off.

It sounds like you may have more than one problem, you say you replaced the fuel pump? If so it sounds defective which is why you are getting the fuel level code. Can I ask what the codes are? The smell is strange and may have nothing to do with the engine stalling. I would look under the car to make sure there is not a plastic bag stuck to the exhaust system, also, lift the hood for inspection for anything that may have fallen onto the exhaust manifolds. It would help if you could upload a short video from under the hood of the engine cranking so I can see if the engine is hurt or not, ( i can tell by listening to it).

Here is a video to go over which will help us as well:

Hello, so it sounds like you're having an issue with the fuel pump circuits. If the vehicle starts then stalls out, the fuel pump circuit may not be able to carry enough current to keep the pump running. And electrical burning smell is never good. I would go right to the fuel pump relay and check to see if the pins on the relay or where the relay sits are melted at all. And for whatever reason they put the fuel pump ground under the driver's seat. A circuit high code can be a bad ground, what exactly is the code number you are getting?

The air sensor flow is new, the one I got when this first happened but replaced it the misfire always pops up when I try to start the car and then it shuts off again. Then I clear the code, the other two don't have been the codes I've been getting, and they won't go away. I'm also going to start the car and take a video so you can hear it.

You may have a catalytic converter that is clogged, this is why you get the MAP sensor high. Will the engine run on starting fluid?

Please go over this video to help:

Also, this guide can help you check the catalytic converter:
