Starts but cranks

Cranks for a second then start. thought might be plugs or fuel filter. pulled plugs the gap is on 62. I ordered new ones. what should gap be? what’s possible problem?

I attached the spec for this engine. I attached a guide that goes through some hard starting issues.

However, just so I understand the engine cranks for literally a second or longer? If it is longer, how often does it do this? Only on cold starts or does it do it every time it is starting?
