I changed the spark plugs, the wires, the catalytic converter, the rotor, the battery, the starter, the fuel filter and it's backfiring when I start it.

Hello,

Can you please double check that the spark plugs wires are installed correctly and a couple of them didn't get routed to the wrong cylinders? In the diagrams down below I have included a diagram of the correct spark plug wire routing for your vehicle. Please use this guide and get back to us with what you find out and we can go from there, if needed.

Thanks,
Alex
