Starts and shuts off, instrument cluster not working

When starting holding key in start position 15 to 20 seconds after it starts it will stay running.Nothing on instrument panel works.took car to dealer they had it more than a week they could not find the problem.

Good afternoon,

Did they check the ignition switch? That is the most common issue for this problem. I replace dozens of these switches for the delay in starting.

I attached diagrams for the starting system as well as the ignition switch.

Do you have a test light or volt meter to do some testing when this issue happens?
