Will not stay running?

Hello, I was wondering why my car runs for about 5-10 minutes then shuts off and the battery is dead. Could it be the just the starter battery? Could it also be the hybrid battery? I know the car doesn’t have an alternator so I’m just curious. Thank you

Yes, this can be either battery, I would run the codes to see if any are stored which can help us see what is wrong, also, it is easy to remove the 12 volts battery and have it tested at the auto parts store so I would do that as well. These guides can help you get the codes, and I have included how to remove the battery as well in the images below.

And do not allow the battery cables to touch metal under the hood.
