Does this car have some kind of anti theft where with ignition lock cylinder removed it will start let you give it gas maybe one time and then dies and wont start back up unless you turn ignition on/off again then it will fire right back up and die repeat over?Do not know can you solve my dilemma.

Yes, it does. The key has a transponder in it. The vehicle needs to be programmed to it.

Is their any way to bypass it or how can I reprogram it with one bought at salvage yard? I can find the circuit board that goes with the old ignition.

No, you cannot do any of those things. You will need either the dealer or an independent that has programming equipment which is not very common to do that for you.

So even if I bought one new from parts store I will have to do same thing? I bought car with no keys that is my first duh moment. Now find the rest of the old cylinder and try something else got any ideas on how to get it started its about to get towed away if I cannot get it moved. I have other car I could try and pull it somewhere else, but it is on its last leg and I do not want it to break down because of me.

Sorry, that car is not going to run until you have it programmed.
