Starting trouble

Ma car has a starting trouble. It's been about a month, I have changed the piston ring, but still it's slagging to started what will be the reason? It still has dicompression smoke too.

decompression smoke? try resetting security system if no manual look online for your car. then scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it.
