Engine Starting Trouble

I have repaired my accent crdi viva for long starting trouble at a authorized service center. they have replaced piston ring,engine valve,diesel filter now the problem is that engine starts and stop not steady at idle,again they cleaned fuel injector,high pressure pump,fuel tank with motor,and checked rail pressure sensor. ckp sensor but the problem is same ,they are not able to find the cause, so help me someone.

I would start with a compression test across all cylinders to see how even they are, please get back to me with the readings, here is a guide that with help you.
