Will not start, Starting System Fault warning appeared?

Car will not start. No sound from the starter. Clicking relay sounds. Dash says starting system fault. Dash lights flicker like sending power when attempting to start but no start. I think it may be an anti-theft issue.

Is the security light flashing when you try to start the car? If not, the security system is not the problem.
