Change the timing chain on vivo clp engine now it does not want to start.

Hello, I'm assuming it ran okay before the timing chain was replaced, the timing marks are off and valve to crank timing is incorrect. The chain is going to need to come off and the cam and crank marks will need to be realigned. And hopefully the was no piston to valve contact. If you were to run a compression test you would find low compression on all cylinders.
