Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.com.

Based on your description, it sounds like a fuel pressure issue. I need you to perform the following test:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

Based on research, this is the same vehicle as a Ford Fiesta. Here are the specs for fuel pressure.
Fuel Pressure 25-31 psi

If you find the regulator is bad, here are the directions for replacement:

Picture 1 is related to these directions (Fuel Pressure Regulator)

_____________________________________________
WARNING: DO NOT smoke or carry an open flame of any type while working on or near any fuel related component(s).
REMOVAL
Relieve the fuel pressure.
Remove intake plenum.
Disconnect fuel return hose and vacuum line.
Remove attaching bolts and remove fuel pressure regulator.
Remove O-ring from fuel pressure regulator.
Fuel Pressure Regulator
INSTALLATION
Lubricate new O-ring with clean engine oil and install onto pressure regulator.
Position pressure regulator into fuel rail and install attaching bolts.
Connect fuel return hose onto pressure regulator and secure with clamp.
Install intake plenum.
Connect negative battery cable.

If you find the problem is related to the fuel pump, here are the directions for replacement. Picture 2 correlates with these directions.

_____________________________________

WARNING: Do not smoke, carry lighted tobacco or open flame of any type when working on or near any fuel related component. Highly flammable mixtures are always present and may be ignited, resulting in possible personal injury.

CAUTION: Fuel supply lines will remain pressurized for long periods of time after engine shut down. This pressure must be relieved before servicing of the fuel system is begun. A valve is provided on the throttle body for this purpose. Remove the air cleaner and relieve system pressure by using Rotunda pressure gauge tool T80L-9974-A or equivalent and drain the system through the drain tube.

Removal
Relieve the fuel pressure as follows:
Remove the rear seat cushion.
Run the engine while disconnecting the fuel pump electrical connector.
Allow the engine to stall. Fuel pressure is now relieved.
Remove the fuel tank sending unit.
Remove the fuel filter from the pump.
Remove two fuel pump wires from the sending unit.
Remove the retaining clamp screw.
Remove the pump outlet hose clamp.
Remove the fuel pump from the sending unit.
Installation
Install the fuel pump to the sending unit bracket and secure with the retaining clamp.
Install the pump outlet hose and secure with the clamp.
Connect the fuel pump wires to the sending unit.
Install the fuel pump filter.
Install the sending unit onto the fuel tank.
NOTE: Before installing the sending unit access cover, start the engine and check for leaks at the fuel line connections.
Install the rear seat.

I hope this helps you. Let me know if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe

I have already changed the fuel pump and fuel filter. And I have also checked the fuel pressure regulator, there is no fuel leaking to the vacuum hose which I can say my fuel pressure regulator is still in a working condition. Do you have anything that you thing might help? Thanks

Did you check fuel pressure? It sounds like it is taking too long to build pressure. Also, try switching the fuel pump relay with another relay in the relay box that has the same part number. Perhaps the relay has a bad connection or is going bad.

Let me know.

Hi again. Information is very limited on this vehicle in the US. What I have found is that the fuel pump relay is located under the hood mounted on the driver's side inner fender. It will not be in a relay box, but rather mounted and exposed. I attached a picture of one to help you locate it.
