Drove my car listed above one day and it ran fine. later that night went outside to start the car and nothing happened. No lights, sounds, buzzers. Nothing happened. complete dead car. Whats the problem and how to fix? Oh and I just had a new battery installed days before this issue.

It sounds like you might be having an issue with the alternator not charging the battery while in use. Have you had the alternator tested after replacing the battery and having this happen? Here are a few tutorials showing how to test and replace an alternator:

If this is a V8 4.4L I would recommend checking the passenger side inner axle boot for a leak. If it is leaking and got to the alternator then that will be the root cause for the alternator failure. To replace the alternator the axle would need to be removed. At that point it would make sense to replace both components.
