Slower “turnover” after an initial start.
usually won’t start, after a second start.
next attempt usually is “delayed” and weak but will start.
Alternator is fine.
Battery was replaced last year, gauges look fine, connectors too.
"Service battery charging system” message displayed once.
No loss of electrical systems/no warning lights.
It has made the sound like the doors were locking while trying to start it.

Also, the check traction control and service suspension system messages are on. Traction control doesn’t work.

These are two separate problems we will handle the hard starting issue on this post please start a new question for the traction control issue.

This problem sounds like a weak or defective battery which can happen, or you have corroded or loose battery cables.

Here are two guides that can help us fix the problem:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-battery-load-test

and

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/everything-goes-dead-when-engine-is-cranked

Please go over these guides and report back.
