Battery died, tested battery which is good. i tried to jump start it and everything electronic seems to work except voltage gauge reads zero and I cannot start my vehicle. Had problem before and opened under hood fuse panel and adjusted post one fuse, (or whatever it is called) although I know it is to rear, it fixed my problem and I could immediately start it. Now it is doing it again and I cannot figure it out.

check items in picture for corrosion and if none then have the truck scanned by a mechanic as it may be a body module problem for the starting. it may be same for charging as well.
