Will not crank over I have power to the signal wire and have checked the starter?

I have power to the starter main trunk, I have power to the signal wire and have checked the starter. Still won't start, what could it be?

It sounds like you have a front accessory that is locked up in which case if you remove the serpentine belt the engine should crank over, or the engine is locked up and needs to be replaced. Here is a guide to help and i have included how to remove the serpentine belt in the images below:
