If my 2001 ford f150 truck sits for a couple of days it want start. But if i spray starting fluid in throttle body it starts right up and runs fine.

This sounds like a weak fuel pump, let do a fuel pump pressure test you can rent the gauge set for free at the auto parts store. Please go over this video

The fuel pressure sound be: 35-45 psi at idle.
