Will not crank over?

Battery is fully charged, car won't start, when I turn the key, I have dash lights but when I try to start there's nothing, no sound no dash lights nothing.

This sounds like the starter motor went bad which is common. To be sure let's test the starter trigger wire using a test light. here is a guide to help show you how:
