Have you checked for spark and fuel to the engine? Also, will it start for a couple seconds if you use starting fluid? Take a look through these links. The first discusses the most common cause of a crank/no start condition. The second two explain how to check fuel pressure and for spark. The last one explains how to retrieve diagnostic trouble codes from a Ford OBD 1 system. All you need is a test light.

Let me know what you find.
