Hard to start and then dies no check engine light ?

Truck is hard to start and then dies no check engine light have checked map, throttle position, and crankshaft sensors. It is getting fuel.

Yep, this can be a weak lift pump on the frame rail but I need to ask how old are the fuel filters (both). Here is the location of the lift pump which is a common failure. This is wear the fuel filter is as well. Let me know.
