Starter relay location

2007 TOYOTA MATRIX
30 MILES • 4 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

Replaced battery and starter. will not crank. checked all fuses, checked power at the ignition wire to starter. No power. Turn key, nothing. Everything is going back to the starter relay. Need location of starter relay. Am I on the right track?

Hello,

The starter relay is located in the PDC. Here is a guide and diagrams (below) of the locations of the starter relay (ST relay):
