Checking the starter relay?

i want to check the starter relay and i am not sure which one is the relay in the fuse box under the hood.

There are two different locations depending on if it's an early build or late build the build date of the vehicle is on the edge of the driver's door. I would most likely it could be a bad starter. I would check if you have power to the S terminal on the starter solenoid of the starter. With the key in the start position. Also, have you had the battery tested? Does it make any noise at the starter when trying to start it?
